All projects include:
- a free initial consultation and quote,
- before, during and after communication,
- extensive research and source vetting,
- and reasonable and customary edits and scope tweaks.
Any client-specified changes made to the project scope during production that are beyond minor alterations may incur additional costs that will be proposed and agreed upon before change implementation.

Terms: Finished projects are considered work-for-hire unless alternate arrangements are made. Projects require 50% down payment with remaining project fees due within 48 hours of completion. Larger or ongoing projects may necessitate different financial terms. Discounts may be negotiated for larger or ongoing projects. A 10% discount is offered to all first responder or military/veteran clients and will be included during initial project scoping. Project copyright does not confer until final payments are made and infringements will be vigorously prosecuted.
